Life inside you

It was early in the morning.
I drove carefully..a bit too careful
She looks worried.
Me either.. But i tried to be strong..
“everything will be ok” i said to her.
I turned on the radio..heard fara fauzana n faizal ismail on air.
Then she inserted a reciting quran CD..

I stopped briefly in front of the lobby and asked her to register first.
It was so hard to find a parking here.

“dpt no 2 laaa..” she said and smiled
She still looks worried despite her beautiful smile..
“ok, cantekk.. Insyalah, suma ok je nnt tu..We take breakfast dulu” i said to calm her down.

It was a very long day for us..
I saw a few ladies sitting
Waiting for their no to be called.
Some of them look very tired.

2.30pm

TING..! TONG..!! pn hamizah..
A white dresses women called my wife..

We went inside the room
A malay guy wearing loose neck tie sitting there.
He looks serabut.. But i dont mind,
I much more berabut2..
“assalamualaikum” i greeted him.
“waalaikumsalam” he replied..
“hadoi.. Tadi ada 2 surgery la…tu yg lambat sikit” he continue..

He asked my wife a few question,
Then he took us to a room infront of his desk.
After some check up, he put a device on her belly..
On the monitor, there is something moving..
He snap a freeze picture of a moving thing..

This picture..

“u got a baby on the way” he said.
We smile at each other..

The malay guy then said
“baby fine, already 8 weeks”
“mother also fine, blood pressure looks normal” he smiled..

Alhamdulillah..

That was two months ago..

After a month,
She went there again..but without me.
I feels very sorry not being there for her.
But i know she’s the women who had the courage..

i got whatapps Msg
a picture was sent to me..

“SURPRISE..!!!.. We got twins”

subhanallah.. It just a month ago we heard the doctor said we will have a baby.

syukur alhamdulillah..i am going to be a father of 2.

I look at the picture again and again and i said to myself

“honey..u got life inside you”
